We have a new little person at Fairview, Harper Blakeley Morgan, born March 28, 2019, weighing in at 7 lbs., 9 oz., and 22 inches long, to Ashley Carr and Blake Morgan, and big brother Jackson. Proud grandparents are Joe and Debbie Carr; Proud great-grandmother is Mildred White.
